FULL SAIL UNIVERSITY
When Amy Jackson was two, she memorized books to pretend she could read because pictures and words were a magical combination. That feeling never faded. She attained a BA from Dallas Baptist University before exploring many of marketing's niches, including relationship marketing, event planning and design. This provided solid foundation for her current role as the creative services manager for a software provider, but a passion for branding often carries her back to her non-profit roots “on the side.” Amy still loves to experience story magic through her involvement in local theatre, compulsive reading and, of course, a focus on great design, user experience and marketing strategy.
What have you gained from attending design school?
Attaining an MFA in media design from Full Sail University was a true gift. The ability to umbrella a project from ideation to completion through truly cutting-edge curriculum was one of the most rewarding educational experiences I’ve had and the results were immediately visible through vastly improved design thinking.
